Job Description:

The Iowa State University Alumni Association (ISUAA) is seeking a Program Assistant to play a key role in supporting our membership programs, LegaCY Club, Sustaining Life Donor initiatives, and advertising/sponsorship efforts. ISUAA proudly serves over 40,000 members and represents more than 290,000 alumni across 170+ countries. Our programs not only engage alumni but also provide vital revenue to support the Association’s mission.

What You’ll Do

As a Program Assistant, you will:

+ Manage and process new and renewing memberships, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking.

+ Support member acquisition initiatives and oversee membership data within our CRM system.

+ Assist with daily operations for the LegaCY Club and Sustaining Life Donor programs, delivering exceptional service to members.

+ Help fulfill advertising and sponsorship agreements, contributing to partner satisfaction and revenue goals.

+ Collaborate closely with the Director of Membership to maintain program efficiency and member engagement.
