**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and monitor printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials.
+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
+ Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards and specifications.
+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
+ Record and report production data accurately.
**Skills & Qualifications**
+ 2+ years of machine operating experience
+ Valid driver’s license
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Computer proficiency
+ Ability to routinely lift 75 lbs
**Work Environment**
You will work from **5:00 AM to 1:00 PM** on a 8-hour shift in a climate-controlled environment. You should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and in confined spaces. The dress code is casual, but steel-toed boots, hard hats, safety glasses, and additional PPE are required.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00/hr.
