Previous paid experience setting up and operating a variety of CNC machines or related equipment and tools to produce precision components from metal or steel. Includes ability to use of precision instruments (ie. dial calipers, magnification equipment, etc.) to set-up, adjust, modify, repair, inspect, or fabricate components. Requires ability modify/adjust production machines using various tools and processes, maintain industrial manufacturing machines, and apply knowledge of CNC machining processes while demonstrating mechanical aptitude, mathematic skills, layout, and machining procedures to yield high qualify metal components in a climate controlled production facility. Position requires extensive standing, bending, twisting, squatting, and use of upper extremities to handle materials through production output. Ability to be a dependable team member, to attend work as scheduled, to follow oral and/or written instructions, and to work safely with/around manufacturing equipment is required. Four- 10 hour/ day production shifts per week (M-Th).
