**Job Title: Quality Inspector**
**Job Description**
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for checking in electrician and lineman materials for testing, visually inspecting incoming materials, and cleaning these materials. The role also involves assisting with packing of goods to be shipped and helping load and unload materials at the loading dock. The successful candidate will receive training in the high voltage testing of new and used linemen’s gloves and sleeves, with an expectation of increasing proficiency over time under moderate supervision.
**Responsibilities**
+ Check in electrician and lineman materials for testing.
+ Visually inspect incoming materials.
+ Clean materials.
+ Assist with packing of goods to be shipped.
+ Help load and unload materials at the loading dock.
+ Receive training in high voltage testing of new and used linemen’s gloves and sleeves.

**Work Environment**
Shift: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm. Work with a team of 20 employees, typically working independently or in groups of 2-3. The environment includes some dust, detergents & solvents, water, and high voltage test equipment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ames, Iowa.
