**Location:** Ames, IA
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday / 1st shift / 8-10 hour shifts

**Job Description**
Our client specializes in property restoration following fire, smoke, and water damage. We are seeking **Construction Laborers & Demolition Technicians** to assist with the demolition and removal of damaged materials at commercial properties. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work in challenging environments.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform controlled demolition of damaged structures (walls, floors, ceilings, fixtures).
+ Safely remove debris and materials from work sites.
+ Operate hand and power tools (e.g., sledgehammers, pry bars, drills).
+ Follow demolition plans and report any hazardous materials.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area.
+ Wear proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
**Skills**
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
+ Previous experience in construction, demolition, or restoration preferred.
+ Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
+ Strong problem-solving and measurement skills.
+ Must have a valid driver’s license.
