Working Carpenter Foreman Needed- must be willing to travel to Omaha or Kansas

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our dynamic team. As a Foreman you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of construction workers on-site. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Supervise and lead a team of construction workers.
+ Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities.
+ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
+ Inspect work progress and quality to ensure standards are met.
+ Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
+ Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role (3-5 years of experience).
+ Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
+ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
