**Job Title: CNC Machinist**
**Job Description**
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable CNC Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes, a strong understanding of machining processes, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts
+ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
+ Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
+ Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
**Essential Skills**
+ Previous CNC machine operation experience required (1+ years preferred)
+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
+ Basic math and computer skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $22.50/hr.
