Description
McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for Financial Advisor for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: Helping patients find solutions to their past due accounts either face to face or via phone. Working with insurance companies and other third party entities. Will have multiple work queues to maintain as well as reports. Position comes with competitive clinic pay and valuable benefits package.
Education
+ High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
Days: Monday – Friday.
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Experience
+ Excellent verbal, written communication skills
+ Proficient typing skills
+ Customer service experience and working with the public required.
