**Qualifications**
+ Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
+ The ideal candidate will have Cardiology experience preferably as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
**MercyOne Iowa Heart Center** was founded in 1970 and is one of the largest cardiovascular practices in the US. With 52 Physicians, services are offered in General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Electrophysiology, Advanced Heart Failure, Cardiovascular Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Preventative Cardiology and Adult Congenital Heart Disease. Iowa Heart Center has an accredited Cardiology Fellowship program (6 Fellows), advanced imaging including cardiac MRI and cardiac CT, and a destination LVAD program. Iowa Heart Center has 8 primary office locations and attends 28 outreach facilities spanning much of the state of Iowa.
