Our client, 3M is seeking a Production Operator to join their 2nd Shift team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the General Labor team. The ideal candidate will have talent, problem-solving skills, and manufacturing experience which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator 2nd Shift

Location: Ames, IA

Pay Rate: 21.00/hr

What’s the Job?

– Production Operators Performs work loading and unloading off a machine.

– Move materials and package manually or with a pallet jack

– Ensures quality of product using standard operating procedures, templates, training and supervision, and good judgment.

– High School Diploma

– Ability to pass Background check and Drug Test

– Reliable transportation

– Dexterity
