Green Hills Community is recruiting for a hospitality focused Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! This role is supervises the operation of the Health Care Center and supports the Director in overseeing all other buildings in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local requirements.

- Oversee the successful operation of the Health Care Center building.
- Lead the Green Hills maintenance team that provides the best service to our residents.
- Manage and perform skilled maintenance tasks in the following fields: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, pool equipment, commercial/residential appliances, medical assistive devices, cable/phone systems, & vehicles.
- Coordinate the preventative maintenance schedules on equipment ensuring equipment in all areas are maintained properly, including but not limited to: Environmental Services, Food Service, Health Care Center, Administration, Emergency Generators, fire sprinkler/alarm systems, Nurse Call Systems, and HVAC Systems located on the roof and other areas.
- Maintain all tools, equipment, and supplies in proper condition as well as operate all equipment safely.
- Have a high school education and technical schooling (preferred)
- Prior experience in maintenance and/or health care maintenance required.
- Have prior supervisory experience
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Have a high regard for safety in the workplace.
- Have a background/certification in residential & commercial HVAC maintenance & repair as well as building management systems strongly preferred.
- Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
