This position performs related technical duties in the preventative and corrective maintenance of county buildings and facilities, including maintaining and repairing HVAC, boiler, electrical, plumbing, septic, life safety, and other building systems. An incumbent in this position may be designated “Senior Facilities Maintenance Technician.”

Vacancy is for a 2nd shift position. Traditionally shift hours have been 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm. Currently the shift hours are 10:00 am – 6:30 pm.

Starting Salary: $49,178.84 – $58,458.48 annually
