**Job Title: Production Operator**
**Job Description**
Perform all duties associated with the production of custom vitamin premixes. This includes receiving, unloading, storing, delivering, and shipping raw and finished materials. Work in various areas such as mixing, packaging, blending, and operating packaging machines.
**Responsibilities**
+ Handle raw materials, transport them from storage to the dispenser room, weigh them as required per the batch formula, and add them to the required mixer.
+ Print, inspect, and reconcile labels.
+ Fill silos, complete final packaging, and sample per batch requirement.
+ Visually inspect both 3PRM raw materials and finished goods for quality release.
+ Prepare samples for homogeneity and carryover tests.
+ Safely palletize and store raw materials and/or finished goods.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in warehouse production and manufacturing environments.
+ Ability to lift 50lbs intermittently.
+ Ability to work with minimal supervision, apply good judgment, work safely and responsibly, adapt to change, and be reliable and conscientious.
+ Ability to operate computers and machinery.
+ Experience in general labor, packaging, and production line operations.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Forklift experience is a plus.

**Work Environment**
Custom based dry premix facility that handles all species of animals. Physical production environment handling powders. Use of PPE and respirators. Daily shaving of facial hair for proper fit and daily shower out. Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 5:30pm. Work in a team and individually to hit production goals each day. PPE provided includes uniform, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, and bump cap.
