Description
McFarland Clinic is currently accepting application for Sales Associate/Optician for its West Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.
Responsibilities include: repair, adjust & dispense prescription lenses and frames. Measures and fits all eye wear. Takes measurement and evaluates patients for assistance in lens design. Files paperwork to insurance. Completes daily sales and receipts. Prepares bank deposits.
Education:
+ High School Diploma or GED/HiSET
Day: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday
Hours: Mon, Tues & Thurs 8 AM – 5:00 PM. Fri 8 AM – Noon
Experience
+ One year of optical industry experience preferred, but not required.
+ On the job training available.
