**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving and unloading shipments of seed corn, sorting and organizing products in the warehouse, and operating warehouse equipment. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure you succeed in this role.
**Responsibilities**
+ Receive and unload shipments of seed corn.
+ Sort and organize products in the warehouse.
+ Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
+ Maintain strong attention to detail and quality.
+ Operate within safety guidelines and job requirements.
+ Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1+ years of Shipping and Receiving experience
+ Forklift operation skills (wanted, but not needed)
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
+ Ability to stand on feet for an 8-hour shift

**Work Environment**

This is a Contract position based out of Ames, Iowa.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $19.00/hr.
