Description
Robert Half is assisting a manufacturing client in their search to hire a Senior Accountant. This opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional with over 5 years of experience who is ready to contribute to a comprehensive range of accounting activities. The successful candidate will report directly to the Accounting Manager, who has demonstrated excellent leadership and tenure within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
+ Perform month-end reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
+ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
+ Assist in payroll processing and related financial reporting.
+ Oversee and manage audit processes and ensure readiness for internal and external audits.
+ Maintain and manage fixed asset records and related accounting.

Requirements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
+ A minimum of 5 years of professional accounting experience.
+ Strong proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
