## General Information
The City of Ames Parks and Recreation Department is currently accepting applications for Furman Aquatic Center Water Slide Attendants for the 2025 Summer Season!
Under general supervision of the Aquatics Manager, the Water Slide Attendant’s primary responsibility is to provide supervision and policy enforcement of park water slides, tube shack, and deep-water tests.
Candidates interested in this opportunity can expect to work a varying schedule late May through early September with training starting early May.
Water Slide Attendants are directly accountable to the Shift Leaders, Recreation Coordinator/Assistant, and the Aquatics and Activities Manager, and adjunctly accountable to the Recreation Superintendent and the Director of Parks and Recreation.
